Shipping policy

At Vottex, we aim to make your order process simple and convenient. This Shipping Policy explains how we process and deliver orders placed through vottex.store.

1. Shipping Area

We currently ship orders to addresses within the United States.

2. Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 2 business days after the order is placed.

Orders are not normally processed or shipped on weekends or U.S. public holidays. Processing may take longer during periods of high order volume.

3. Shipping Carrier and Delivery Time

Orders are shipped using UPS.

Estimated delivery time is generally:

5–8 business days

Delivery estimates begin after the order has been processed and shipped.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier disruptions, holidays, incorrect or incomplete addresses, or other circumstances outside our control.

4. Tracking Information

When tracking information is available, it will be provided to you after your order has been shipped.

You can use the tracking information provided by the carrier to monitor the progress of your delivery.

5. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address and contact information are accurate when placing your order.

If you provide an incorrect or incomplete address, delivery may be delayed or the package may be returned to the sender. Additional shipping costs may apply when a package needs to be reshipped due to incorrect information provided by the customer.

6. Delayed or Missing Orders

If your order appears to be delayed, please first check the tracking information provided by UPS.

If your order is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, or if you believe your package has been lost, please contact us so we can help you investigate the issue.

7. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at support@vottex.store.

Where applicable, please provide your order number and clear photos of the damaged package and product so we can review the issue and assist you.
